Jennifer Glatz, Au.D., joined Better Hearing Clinic after an enriching 16 years as a Clinical Audiologist with Cochlear Americas, where she specialized in cochlear implants and hearing solutions. She received her Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree from the University of Florida.

She is known for her compassionate patient care and her ability to tailor solutions to each individual's unique needs. Passionate about staying up to date on the latest audiology advancements, she believes in the transformative power of technology to help patients rediscover the joys of hearing and reconnect with the world. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her two young children.

Isaac Farias is a respected audiologist who has spent 25 years providing high-quality care to those with hearing and balance disorders. For the past 10 of those years, he served as the Educational Audiologist for the Corpus Christi Regional Day School Program for the Deaf.

Mr. Farias holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas and a Master's in Audiology from Lamar University. His expertise and longstanding commitment to his profession have made a significant impact on the lives of many, positioning him as a trusted figure in auditory healthcare. A devoted family man of deep faith, he has been married for 28 years and is the proud father of two accomplished daughters.

Dr. Amber Palos received her Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders from Texas A&M International University and her Doctor of Audiology degree from Lamar University. She specializes in diagnostic audiology, with a particular interest in vestibular and electrophysiology.

While at Lamar University, she rotated through several ENT placements, vestibular centers, and school districts throughout the Houston area, and she has a comprehensive research background investigating concussions, innovation in vestibular rehabilitation, and hazardous noise awareness. Grounded in serving others, Dr. Palos makes every effort to ensure her patients receive the best audiologic care possible so they can continue enjoying their daily activities. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering at her local church, participating in humanitarian initiatives, and traveling.

Dr. Rodríguez graduated with her doctorate in audiology from Lamar University, where she chose to specialize in diagnostic, hearing, and vestibular/balance testing. As a provider, she is committed to bringing awareness and education to both English- and Spanish-speaking populations by providing appropriate interventions for their audiologic needs.

Her research on galvanic vestibular stimulation and adverse noise exposure has been presented at state, national, and international levels and recognized by the American Academy of Audiology (AAA), the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), and the Texas Speech-Language-Hearing Association (TSHA). Dr. Rodríguez believes it is a hearing-care professional's job to rebuild the invisible bridge of communication for hearing-impaired patients and to ensure every patient leaves with no questions. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering at her local church, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her dog, Luna.

Claudia began working in the hearing industry in 1999 and has since sharpened her skills and knowledge by attending a wide range of training and education courses. Over the years she has gained deep experience with most brands of hearing instruments and hearing aid services, always focused on finding the right solution for each patient and delivering a high standard of care.

Her strong family-first attitude is evident throughout the office, where patients are welcomed as family rather than treated as just a number. When she isn't working, she enjoys quality time with her husband, three sons, daughter-in-law, and granddaughter.

Jouset has been the much-loved patient care coordinator at Better Hearing Clinic for more than five years. She greets every patient with a smile and makes them feel welcome. With a background in insurance, office management, and hearing aid services, she is also fully trained on in-house hearing aid repairs — and will happily clean your hearing aids while you enjoy a cup of coffee.

She resides in Edinburg, TX, and is currently completing her Associate's in Elementary Education with a goal of furthering her career through a Bachelor's degree. She enjoys spending time with her family and going to the gym.

Andres Villarreal is the newest addition to the Better Hearing Clinic team and is enthusiastic about every aspect of patient care, from greeting patients to making them feel welcome. He is eager to learn more about all areas of hearing healthcare and is glad to help patients with questions about their hearing aids and other services.

When not working, he participates in the Alton Police Department Explorer Program, which supports good citizenship and patriotism, and he enjoys cycling with his parents.

Jorge Villarreal is the committed medical billing clerk at Better Hearing Clinic, with one year of experience and a strong focus on maintaining patient confidentiality. He is considering returning to night classes to expand his education toward becoming a registered nurse. When he isn't spending time with his dog, he enjoys late-night runs.
